Branding

An small branding project for a sole-trader in the healthcare business. The request was that the design should contain a modern and premium feel to it.

The Story

Project goals: The client had a business card already done that was not up to the standard that he was looking for. I was asked to create a new set of branding materials that would elevate the look and feel of the design to a much more premium and professional level.

Role: Logo design, business card design and a single sided flyer. I was responsible for interpreting the clients wants and needs in order to help bring their vision to life. I also sourced a suitable printer and had everything printed out for the client.

Metrics: The client was happy with the result and I received feedback that the cards and flyers were very well received by the clients audience. I was told that he had then managed to grow his customer base to a very high level.

The one element that the client specifically requested was the ‘star person’ icon that is central to the logo. The hand circling the figure represents the idea of care and the idea of the star represents the speciality of the clients audience.

I created some small illustrations that were used in the flyer which helped to add some more personality and memorability.
